The Young Executives program provides younger members a separate environment for building industry relationships. From networking to leadership development, the program encourages an exchange of ideas with peers on the challenges of everyday business. The program is designed to help those who are poised to be tomorrow's owners and managers.
As part of the program, there is an annual conference, held in the winter, designed just for this audience. It typically draws nearly 100 participants and includes industry veterans and emerging disruptors interacting as panelists, mentors and leadership stimulators. This year it will be in Denver, Colorado, on February 5-7, 2020. Find out more information here.
To qualify for membership in PEI's Young Executives program you must be a full-time employee of an active PEI member company or be an individual member of PEI in the Operations and Engineering Division, 21 to 45 years old and currently serving, or expect to serve, in a management or executive position in the industry.
