Attend the PEI Convention at the NACS Show

The exhibit hall will be located in the Las Vegas Convention Center. The PEI headquarters hotel will be the Westgate Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, which is connected to the LVCC. All education sessions and the industry reception will be held at the LVCC. The After Hours Lounge bar will be held at the Westgate lobby bar. 

Your registration provides admission to the NACS Show exhibit hall, PEI and NACS education sessions, PEI networking events and the PEI Industry Reception. There is an additional charge ($30) if you would like to attend the PEI Kickoff Breakfast.

FULL: Includes admission to the trade show for all three days plus education sessions and events, with the exception of the Kick-Off Keynote Breakfast, which is $30 additional.
ONE DAY: Includes admission to the trade show and education sessions for the day chosen. 
NON-EXHIBITING MANUFACTURER: Manufacturers of equipment for the convenience store industry who are not exhibiting at this year's show. Not eligible to attend as one-day registrants.

All registrants must pick up their badges on-site at one of the PEI self-check-in stations or the main PEI registration area. 

If you lose your badge, go to the PEI registration counter with a photo ID. A reprint fee of $25 will be charged for the first reprint. If you misplace your badge again, the full on-site registration fee will be charged for a new badge. 

Children in the Exhibit Hall

Children age 16 and older must be registered as an Attendee for admission into the exposition. Children age 15 and younger do not need to be registered in order to visit the Show floor. All children 15 and under must be accompanied by a registered adult at all times while on the Show floor. Absolutely no one under the age of 16 will be allowed on the Show floor during move in and move out hours—this includes infants. A child waiver form must be completed for any child 15 or under to access the exhibit hall. Child Waiver forms will be available onsite in the main PEI Show registration area as well as Expo Hall security locations throughout the convention center. Name tags for children can be picked up at the PEI Registration Desk. Limited to two children age 15 and under per paying attendee.  


Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than September 21 to PEI ( Please include registration confirmation number if possible. A $25 administrative fee will apply. After September 21, the full amount of the registration fee will be forfeited unless the event is canceled pursuant to a governmental decree, at which point registrants will receive a penalty-free refund. Please note that cancellations that are part of a Group Discount may impact the rate of others registered within the group. As a condition of my participation in a Petroleum Equipment Institute meeting or event, I hereby waive and release any claim I may have against PEI and its officers, directors, employees or agents, or against the presenters or facilitators, and release these parties from and against any and all liability for damage, illness or injury that may arise from my participation or attendance at the event. I acknowledge that participation and attendance in meetings and events and activities bring some risk, and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being. This waiver and release also covers my guest’s participation or attendance.
