Service & Construction Managers Conference

The 2019 Service & Construction Managers Conference, held March 14-16, 2019, in Louisville, Kentucky, was a huge hit. With roundtables, networking, and manufacturing and distribution guru Randy Disharoon presenting three general sessions, how could it go any other way? 



Randy DisharoonDisharoon's background is in distribution and manufacturing. He has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and two master’s degrees, including an MBA. At 23, he was certified as a nuclear engineer. By 25, he was leading officer training courses for the nuclear Navy. He entered the private sector at 27 and immediately affected operations and technical sales at a distribution and manufacturing company, respectively. After several years as a quota buster, he was promoted to director of global accounts, where his team recently posted sales 42 percent above budget.
