Jones & Frank, a provider of fueling system solutions in North America, named Keith Shadrick CEO, effective Oct. 1, the company announced.
Current CEO Jim Bolch will be executive chairman of the board.
“I am thrilled to be working with Keith in such a seamless transition in company leadership,” Bolch said. “We have built an outstanding operation over the last three years, and the company is very fortunate to have such a talented executive as Keith in place to take the company to the next level. I am also looking forward to a different but active role in the company focused on strategic growth opportunities both within the core and in new markets.”
Shadrick said Bolch created a solid foundation for a smooth transition.

Shadrick joined Jones & Frank in 2016 as vice president of supply chain operations. In that role, he improved supply chain quality and responsiveness, including the integration of the ANS Distribution business acquired in 2016.
In 2017, Shadrick was promoted to senior vice president of operations and led all operational business functions including safety, purchasing, distribution, fleet management, service operations and construction operations. Since then, Shadrick has led the reengineering of the company’s service business with focuses on quality, distribution center and branch optimization and operational process improvement.
Shadrick began his career as an infantryman and airborne Army Ranger. After his return from the first Gulf War, he transitioned to the Quartermaster Corps and held roles in materials management, logistics and petroleum supply. His Army career culminated with commanding a logistics support unit. After 17 years of military service, Shadrick joined General Electric Co. He held roles of increasing responsibility including global logistics manager for GE Supply and director of operations for the Polymershapes Division of GE Plastics. After the divestiture of GE Plastics, Shadrick was the senior director of North American operations for CNH Industrial Parts & Service, responsible for serving 3,000 dealers’ parts and service needs and providing worldwide aftermarket parts supply for agricultural and construction machinery produced in the U.S.
Before joining Jones & Frank, Shadrick served as vice president of operations at Smith Cooper International, where he automated a highly manual distribution and fulfillment operation to improve performance levels and customer satisfaction.
Shadrick has a Bachelor of Science from Austin Peay State University and a master’s degree in business management from Cardinal Stritch University. He also is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
