HBD/Thermoid Appoints New Director of Sales and Marketing

Officials at HBD Industries, Inc. have announced that Eric Fitzpatrick has been named the new Director of Sales and Marketing for HBD/Thermoid, Inc. HBD/Thermoid, Inc. is a subsidiary of HBD Industries, Inc., a supplier of industrial products in North America. HBD/Thermoid, Inc. manufactures standard and application-engineered industrial rubber products, including: conveyor belting, ducting, hose (air, aviation, automotive, bulk-transfer, chemical, industrial, hand-built, marine, petroleum/bio-fuel, water and welding), power transmission V- belts, industrial rubber bands, rubber rolls and rolls coverings.

Eric’s leadership, marketing skills and proven sales management experience will assist HBD/Thermoid in meeting the changing needs of its present and future customers.”

In 2013, Fitzpatrick joined HBD/Thermoid, Inc. as the company’s General Sales Manager and was responsible for directing all field sales and marketing activities. Prior to that,  Eric worked for Black & Decker, Premix, Newell Rubber and Barnes Distribution, where he held various sales and marketing management positions and provided sales/services to multiple channels of distribution, such as industrial, automotive and retail. 

Eric holds a B.A. Degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and a MBA from Ohio University.
