Funeral services for Grenville "Grenny" Sutcliffe II, 43-year-old vice president of sales for Husky Corp., will be at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 13 at Oltmann Funeral Home, 103 N. Church St., in Union, Missouri. Visitation will be from 3:30 to 7 p.m. Sept. 13. A private burial will follow Tuesday, Sept. 14.
Sutcliffe died Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2021. He was born Aug. 8, 1978, to Dianne and Grenville Sutcliffe, president of Husky Corp. His grandparents Eugene and Hazel Sutcliffe founded the company in 1947.
Sutcliffe joined Husky Corp. on Dec. 13, 2004, when he started in the company’s sales organization in the Northeast region and Canada. He later transitioned to Western regional sales manager and then to Eastern regional sales manager. Sutcliffe was appointed vice president of sales in December 2017 and was responsible for overseeing Husky’s sales team and distributor network for all company brands globally, including its complete line of fuel nozzles and related equipment for the petroleum dispensing industry.
Loving survivors include his parents, Grenville and Dianne Sutcliffe, of Villa Ridge, Missouri; his significant other, Karolina Shook, of Villa Ridge; three sisters, Katie Sutcliffe-Becker (Tyler), of San Antonio, Texas, Caroline Sutcliffe, of Pensacola, Florida, and Christine Sutcliffe-Alvey (Ryan), of Ballwin, Missouri; two brothers, Clifford Sutcliffe (Kerri), of New Burn, North Carolina, and Teddy Sutcliffe, of Villa Ridge; plus many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
