MY EMAIL ADDRESS SHOWS THE WRONG NAME

If your user account has been associated with the wrong profile you'll need to contact PEI staff

It's a simple process and only takes a few minutes. Please provide the correct email address and the address currently associated with your profile.

WHY CAN'T I EDIT MY COMPANY'S PROFILE?

The company profile that appears online and in the annual Petroleum Equipment Directory can only be modified by your company's Primary Contact or Web Administrator. 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY CONTACT INFORMATION OR PREFERENCES?

Registered users can change their contact details, change their password and more by editing their Personal Profile.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY E-MAIL ADDRESS?

To update your address, password or change your profile information, log in and update your personal profile.

Remember that your email address is also your username- so you'll be required to log in using the new address after any change.

WHY CAN'T I LOG IN?

Login errors usually occur because the wrong credentials are being used. PEI member user accounts and forum accounts are totally separate and not connected yet.

PEI staff do not have access to user's passwords.
