Each year PEI sponsors a management conference focused on various business areas. This June the focus will be purchasing and inventory management, with roundtable discussions and a keynote presentation from Jason Bader, consultant with the Distribution Team. Bader helps business owners move from day-to-day "fire fighting" to strategic business development.
The other highlight of these management conferences is a set of roundtable discussions. Each of four sessions are loosely organized around topics selected by the PEI Education Committee. But instead of attendees being lectured to— they do all the talking. By discussing current trends and topics with your peers it opens the door for networking, discovery of new ideas and sharing real-world solutions. Year after year the roundtable discussions are highly rated by attendees.
