How to Pay Membership Renewal Dues

PEI membership dues for 2022 were due Oct. 1.

Only PEI member companies with paid 2022 dues will be listed in the 2022 PEI Directory.

Please make your payment today using the following instructions.

If you are PEI’s “primary contact” or “company manager” for your company, you'll want to update your company listing for the 2022 PEI Directory, too:

  • Preferred shipping and billing addresses for your headquarters and branches.
  • Company description.
  • Personnel roster.

How to Renew Your PEI Membership

If you are the official representative or company manager for your company, you may pay your membership dues online.

  • Log into
  • Click “Company Profile.”
  • Click “Renewal Link.”
  • Follow the prompts.

(As an alternative, any employee of a PEI member company may pay dues by credit card over the phone. Call PEI Membership Director Teresa Farmer at 918-236-3969.)

How to Update Your Company Listing for the PEI Directory

*Only the official representative for your company (or anyone with company manager status) can make changes to your company listing.

  • Log into
  • Click “Company Profile.”
  • Click “Edit Company.”
  • Click “Manage Roster.”

How to Print Your PEI Membership Certificate

*Only the official representative for your company (or anyone with company manager status) can access the membership certificate.

  • Log into
  • Click “Company Profile.”
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Membership Certificate.”

The most recent renewed membership year will be displayed.

  • What if I don't know my password? (How do I reset my password?)
    • Go to and click “create or reset password.”
    • Enter your email address.
    • You will get an email from PEI with a one-time link to reset your password.
  • What if I've never set up my PEI account?
    • Go to and click “Don't have an account?”
    • Follow the prompts.
  • Why don't I see the "Company Profile" button you mention?
Only “primary contacts” and people with “company manager” status may edit your company listing. If you do not see the “Company Profile” button, you probably don’t have that status. You may email Teresa Farmer to see who your company’s primary contact is.
  • How do I give another person access to update my company listing?
Email Teresa Farmer and request to give that person (or people) "company manager” status.
  • What is the difference between a “primary contact” and “company manager”?
primary contact gets all of PEI's emails about dues, the board of directors election, updating your company's directory listing, etc. A company manager may update your company's directory listing.
