Young Executives Winter Conference

The annual Young Executives Winter Conference is held each year and is designed exclusively for those who are poised to be tomorrow's owners and managers in the petroleum and energy handling equipment and services industry.  

The two-day Winter Conference provides younger employees of PEI member companies a separate environment for building industry relationships. From networking to leadership development, the program encourages an exchange of ideas with peers on the challenges of everyday business. The next YE Winter Conference will be held February 8-10, 2017, in St. Augustine, Florida. 

The Winter Conference registration fee for current Young Executives members includes admission to the two-day conference, including conference and take-home materials. The fee also includes meals, breaks and receptions held in conjunction with the conference. The non-member registration fee also includes a lifetime Young Executives membership. Estis serves as a faculty member for the Institute for Management Studies, is a Sr. Associate with Employer Brand International, an advisory member on the SmartBrief Workforce Council and is a certified Human Capital Strategist.

ROBERT RENKES is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI) and the Yoda of all things petroleum equipment.

He began his career with PEI in 1979 and has served in his present position since 1987. Renkes will retire in May 2017.
