  2. Being equipped with a mechanical interlock that closes the fuel-flow valve unless the spout is inserted in a vehicle-fill pipe.
  3. Being equipped with a no pressure/no flow feature that closes the fuel-flow valve automatically when there is no fuel pressure at the nozzle inlet, regardless of the position of the nozzle.
  4. Being equipped with a feature that releases the hold-open mechanism with the nozzle is returned to the dispenser.
