A tamper-evident device used to secure the calibration mechanism of a fuel dispensing meter. A meter calibration seal normally consists of a loop of wire that prevents the meter calibration mechanism from being adjusted. The wire loop is held in place by a small, round lead disk pressed around the ends of the wire that may be imprinted with the sealers initials on one side and the name of his or her employer on the other.
