Shipping: Orders shipped to the U.S. or Canada can choose standard shipping or express shipping. Typically we ship your order via U.S. Postal Service or UPS.

Rates: Standard $9.00 - Express $40.00

Delivery: Due to delivery location, services available and time of order PEI cannot guarantee express delivery will arrive overnight. We will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery.

International Orders: We ship internationally via the U.S. Postal Service. Once your order is received we calculate the postage charges and bill your account. You may choose Global Priority Mail (typically 7 to 20 days) or International Express Mail (typically 2 to 7 days) when placing your order. Optionally if you have a courier account (DHL, FedEx, etc.) you may enter the account number under Comments when you place the order and we will charge the shipping to that account.

Returns: No returns can be accepted for books, publications or video products.
