We have made an online form available for anyone to report industry-related safety incidents for inclusion in our monthly safety newsletter. The form requests your name and contact info- but this is only for our internal use and will never be published.

PEI relies on people like you, working in the petroleum marketing equipment field, to supply us these reports so we can help prevent accidents in the future.
