Ordered the only scanner available for the 500S and it came single line scan. I need orbital for a loyalty program application. I've made numerous calls to other Gilbarco houses and have not been able to find an answer. Part #M01304A001

I've got 7 other dispensers that have the orbital pattern. Same engine including same p/n as the new one that came single line from Gilbarco. Called the loyalty interface techs, no help. These scanners were retrofit.

You can set the scan pattern in programming under barcode scanner setup if the crind s/w is new enough. Options are cyclonic and raster. M01304A001 is an Advantage scanner. The P/N for the E500S scanner is M06692A001
