 I need help For Passport Register Edge Port

I need help how I can configure the edge port in Gilbarco Passport Register to check that if port was not OFF. if there is way, I need your help.

Are you a technician? If so, use Passport Image Control Panel to access the Edgeport Configuration Utility. (However - ports are not "On" or "Off". They are mapped from a Physical port on the Edgeport to a Windows COM port.) If you aren't a tech, 1) Call one or 2) Call the Helpdesk (provided you have coverage to do so).

I think a Technician would have asked a question that made some sense, and a little more information or an explanation as to why or what the reason for this would be.

plug it in next to the lan cable and slap the clerk who moved it
