Is there a Diagnostic kit for the 4100 readers? If so I need to find one to purchase or if someone can tell me what all is included in the kit.

Hey Bob--

ahhh the best way is to change out the OP4100 if basically anything goes wrong. No matter how many times you reset, reload the app, reboot, reload the debit, cycle power, etc you will be making many free trips unless you just swap the unit out. Whether OP or MX series...they tend to be a problem. Great while they work.....Hope you and the family are doing well.....

I'm beginning to believe it. What a pain in the arse. I should have just installed an MX instead of screwing around with the OP series.

We are doing fine, How about yourselves. Are you mom & dad back in good health?

Doing well- 89 and 87...He was out loading hay the other day in the heat of the day.....I only hope I can do that when I'm 60..
