HI got to site and found this pump showing f-38 closed ...tried to program the f-37 but it not showing f-38 it jumps to f-41 ,cold started the computer board but still no function-38

what could be the problem?

you can try and reflash igem, good chance you have defective igem.

What gashuffer said, whenever I've seen this, an IGEM replacement is usually in order. Sometimes you can get away with just re-flashing the IGEM but the problem will probably come back at some point down the road.
