After 3 1/2 hours of trying to get the V950 to spit out my disk (from 2 different downloads, 3 disks and a total re-image), called the vhd, waited in que and got lucky. Fellow ran into this yesterday, heard from the Engineers. FYI, if you tried to load sms onto v950, came up unauthorized software. Release notes mention a service bulletin that doesn't exist, as far as file structure, which is different than 30505. So, what's the fix, you ask?
CHANGE THE YEAR ON THE V950 TO 2011
And then everything worked unti it blew out the Ruby Card :)

I had a similar problem with a Sapphire install at a Citgo site a couple of weeks ago. I kept getting "unauthorized software" message when trying to load SMS. The SMS version that comes in the Suite is version 1.09. That is ok if have HPV-20 version 4.03, but does not work if you have HPV-20 version 5.02 (then why include that version in the Suite?). Had to find another Suite that has SMS version 1.10 or higher (cvxpak, shopak, buypak). SMS version 1.10 loaded ok.
