i have a bp with a ruby with loyalty, sfc, gbco 500 3+1 that on a prepay (mostly on the diesel)display doesnt reset when handle is lifted and grade select is pushed, you have to remove the gas nozzle and hang it back up then remove the dies.nozzle and select grade for it to reset, latest version on ruby, reloaded sfc, upgraded pump to 1.8.30,47 on door node and latest on crind, have 3 units all 500's but only 1 3+1 thats doing it all others works fine,if i disable loyalty in ruby the unit works fine, same in stand alone, any info would be greatly appreciated.

In sales config is the prompt for grade restriction set to yes? When they set the prepay are they selecting diesel if this is set to yes?

check the pump firmware in the dispenser having problems then compare to the Pump & Dispenser Software document available on GOLD.

Replace the nozzle boot assembly, or just the nozzle flapper. More then likely the magnet somehow lost some of the mangetism and isn't pulling in the reed switch anymore. When you remove the nozzle, you should hear a beep.
