Has anyone had any luck getting a scanner to work on the V950 with sms? If so can you share the details?
Thanks!

Yessir. It was a metrologic scanner. Had to scan several barcodes to use it. It was 2da I believe. This was about two years ago though.

I have used a Metrologic keywedge scanner like we use on Passports with no problems. Cheaper too.

What he said.

Use the same model that the Passports use, it plugs inline with the PS2 keyboard. There is only one or two configuration codes you need to scan (basically whether to expand short barcodes automatically or not) and you're off and running.

No configuration needed in SMS or on the V950.
