hi,
i currently have Ruby Sapphire register in our gas station, and our pump#2 is having a stacked item i believe..
I tried these steps to clear stacked item before,
pump#
prepay
stop
yes
and it cleard all the time, however this time it's different story,
pump#
prepay
stop
=====> E409 WRONG STATE.
and I also tried to do another sale,
=====> E410 MUST SETTLE
Rebooting the entire sappire including the register wont clear that $ on that pump#.
any help?? =(

try clearing the pumps on hold.. that sometimes helps

oh btw I just went to Fuel Management and looked for 13. clear pump on hold, and it's not even there??!!!
it went from #12 to #14????!!!!! |

get someone with a lvl 7+
or
log in via backdoor.
or try this for stacked sale: pump # fuel, fuel (yes fuel twice) |

what status does it give for the pump? Is the Dollar sign Icon the only thing lit up for #2 and is it flashing? What version of software are you running? |

If that doesnt work
PUMP #
VIEW / VIEW
FUEL
.01 (penny)
CASH
If that doesnt get it, you'll have to call VFI for a backdoor password to CLEAR PUMPS ON HOLD |

| I'm little surprised that the rebooting the system didnt clear the $ and I even restarted all outside pumps to make sure. -_-; |

see the thing is. most of time I call verifone they keep tryin to tell me the lame solution "SIR, TRY TO REBOOT THE SYSTEM".......
like I didnt expect... -_-; |
