Earlier today pump 14, a diesel pump, had a transaction pulled up for the customer to pay with cash. Before the cashier had a chance to cash out the sale the register lost power. Our backup on the main register held up but the sale became stacked/on hold and it will not clear out.

We have the Ruby System run off Sapphire
When viewing the pump it shows the following:
Sold$0.00 $0.01 Prepay [done to try to clear the pump, unsuccessful]
HOLD $XXX.XX CA

PUMP 14 IS IDLE
CURRENT:SOLD $0.00
0.000 G @ 0.000/G

STACKED:HOLD $XXX.XX CASH
XX.XXX G DIESL @ $X.XXX/G

(PS the X's are actual #'s that are being withheld.)

Anyone know how to clear this?
Step taken that have not worked:
Prepaying the pump for a penny and cashing out.
Had a real sale.
PUMP# PREPAY STOP [Shows 409 wrong state]
OH, and of course hitting 14 and FUEL. All it does is beep, it will not show an error code or any other type of message.

Yeah, they'll need to run Clear Pumps on Hold (a function you, as an operator, don't have access to).
