Your pump lost all it's programming and at the very least needs the pump ID's reprogrammed and or possibly the Macro reprogrammed. You need a service tech at this site..

The "Prepay Only" under DCR attributes should force all customers inside, not allowing cards to be used at the pumps. If "Hot DCR" is enabled, I could possibly see the issue you are having, but it should be constant. Set the Pump Attributes to "Preset Prepay-yes" and "Preset Postpay-no". This should normal card authorizations at the pump but force all others inside and give cashiers a "Postpay not allowed" if they try to authorize a pump. If it connects and transfers files (like update the scanner to the same port) then its all good and its the gemcom ldm. Other wise its the ports or connection.
