Guys I have a stumper. I have a site with a car wash. Exxon with a Passport, 8.02 W patch. Gilbarco car wash kiosk. Passport seems to be working ok, I can sell car wash's from the passport and on the dispensers, but when I try to buy one at the kiosk, I get a declined message, and the passport shows Declined (WXK) on the diagnostics for the kiosk. The network said the didn't generate the error message, and gilbarco hasn't heard of that error before.

Any Idea's?

If "Hot DCR" is enabled, I could possibly see the issue you are having, but it should be constant. Set the Pump Attributes to "Preset Prepay-yes" and "Preset Postpay-no". This should normal card authorizations at the pump but force all others inside and give cashiers a "Postpay not allowed" if they try to authorize a pump. Set the DCR attributes back the way they were and the Pump Attributes settings. Also, be sure the "Approve All" is disabled under Pump Site Parameters.

If it connects and transfers files (like update the scanner to the same port) then its all good and its the gemcom ldm. Other wise its the ports or connection. Then try to gemstall on another port (usually 1). If this works then the pc and cable is good, and comm 5 is bad.
