But this is not causing your problem chances are theres a leaking check valve

With cell phones, it's really easy for anyone to report a speeder. If the speed limit is 55, would you call the police if someone was driving 56? 57,58,...60,...70,...80...90?

I think this is a difficult decision. We all have work together to have a clean environment, but we also need to respect the law.

There are 20 replies, with the last one on 07/03/2009 at 04:39:52 by Dan mcCormick
Quote:
bobtj, if you are a station owner you may want to invest in a prover can to CHECK your volume level.
In my area, and I would imagine pretty darn anywhere, a regestered(by the state or regulating authority) tech is needed to calibrate dispensers. This is law. If you can calibrate Encores blindfolded, and are not certified AND regestered with the regulating authority, you still cannot calibrate. The smart station owner will have his dispensers checked on a regular basis.

jhaynes, are you talking about plugging a suspect component in to a working dispenser? That is the last thing an experienced tech would want to do, you very well may end up with an out of service dispenser-or worse.
If you are a tech, get more training and experience, If you are an owner, please for your own sake, establish a relationship with a good reliable service provider. This will save you so much headache, downtime and of course money in the long run... believe me!
