Posted - 02/19/2012 : 16:11:54 Do you think it is fair that one of the big 2 manufacturers is warranting customer abuse for a large truck stop chain when they will not do that for a smaller customer? OR should the warranty should be the same if you buy 4 dipensers or 400. |

Just like in any equipment business warranty is negotiable and the prices vary. If mom and pops wants to pay for customer abuse its probably a option. |

Posted - 07/22/2012 : 12:15:25 I have two. One I drive for seven to ten days or untill I can't find anything. Then I send it to the shop and somebody puts everything on the truck back where it belongs. While one is in the shop I drive the other then the cycle starts over. It actually works quite well. You ever notice that the bigger the truck the more junk you end up carring around? Tools are on one side and parts on the other. How they get all mixed up after only a few days one can only guess. What a great idea, How about we all take pictures of our service truck(s)and post them? |

That's an image that no one on this forum deserves to have pushed into their brain if they have survived till Friday Z. |

Posted - 07/20/2012 : 10:08:44 How about DOMESTIC ABUSE. When I get home some nights my wife makes me stand in the garage and take all of my clothes off. She has often threatened to use the hose coiled up in the corner on me as well. She says if I come into the house smelling like diesel or PCW one more time my choice(s) is she is going to kill me or I can just stay out and sleep with the dog and the j-gunk I have accumulated working on gas stations over the last 20 years. She constantly over and over asks me for finished work orders from under the drivers seat and receits for parts and gas. She is always yelling at me for not calling customers back even when I know they don't have money and want something fixed for free. She wants those perfectly good used STP pumps and fill tubes stacked up next to the house out of here (Just do something with them damn it!). Those stacks of UDC and STP sumps in the back yard, the ones that were to new looking to throw away that are perfect for planting carrots or tomatos "have to go as well". The 48 inch fiber glass composit man-way covers make perfect crows nest tree house floors. Old work boots nailed to trees make perfect bird houses in the spring.
One should realize that this stuff will someday be worth something. She sometimes just dosen't understand what all the stuff means.
Boy I could go on and on. |

Posted - 02/23/2012 : 05:49:42 I personally believe that a customer who buys 2 dispensers should get the same warranty terms and conditions as the one who buys 100. |
