Hi guys, I got a Premier C pump, Multi hose, Non blenders, Vapor Assist, that is showing Error 80 all grades only side B. Already swapped Interface BD, Multiplexer and Relay Bds with another pump. Disconnected all pulsars and coils on that side and connected one by one, not change. I can not hear the click when the pump goes to 8s and 0s. Swapped the Vac Bd between both sides, The Vac motor has been replaced 2 month ago (it was showing 31,32,33), but now it just shows 80. Side A works fine. Only Bd I didn't swap is the CPU cause this is the only Premier C in this site, all of them are Premier B.
Any idea, thanks in advance.

This site is becoming a nightmare. I already came back 4 times (maybe more) After swapping Vac Controllers between side A and B problem seems to move to side A, so We ordered a Vac Controller, next day they called saying that noth sides were down showing Error 80. Cheched F96 found only 31,32,33 for both sides, and the Max Vac Power Supply (20-36V) was tripped for side B, so I replaced the Power Supply and both sides worked fine. After 3 days they called again saying that Side B was not working again (same codes 80, 32,33,31) so I replaced the Vac Motor on this side B (it was replaced 2 months ago) and both sides were pumping fine. After 4 days they called again, this time Side A was showing the same codes (80,32,31,33). Found LED5 On on Vac Controller and power supply tripped for side A. Power Cycled the pump LED went OFF but when tried to pump again LED5 turned ON and showed 80 (3X on F96), replaced Vac Motor on Side A, tested both sides and worked fine. Again, after 4 days they called again saying that now Side A was showing 80 (3X on F96) I tried to replace the Vac Controller but the one we get shows 80 right away, so I put it back the old one, loose a little bit the screws on the Vac Motor, moved the Connector that source 120V to the Max Vac Power Supply to Opt 2 in the Main Power Supply Bd that is in the back of the Mother Bd. Both sides were working fine, but now I'm afraid that they will call again in 3 days.
I checked all the cables already, nothing seems to be bad. Every time I found the Power Supply tripped the LED Error on the multiplexer is ON (for the same same it tripped).
At this point both Vac Motor has been replaced, Interface, Multiplexer and Relay Bds swapped to a different pump.
What else I am missing ????

That day, I was trying to see the error codes in F96 but for some reason I didn't find anything, I'll try again, but just in case we already ordered a new CPU with the same software installed there: QQ..... I'll move all pulsars from one side to the other to see if problem moves.
Maybe I did something wrong when tried to check error codes on F96. Thanks guys for all inputs.

CPU rarely goes bad in Tokheims... follow smellslikegas advice and check the history to determine the correct error....

In my experience replacing the cpu board has taken care of this problem. May need to replace software too.

go into the error history to see what the actual error is. Also you can't have pulsars disconnected, it will error out.
