The annual Young Executives Winter Conference is held each year and is designed exclusively for those who are poised to be tomorrow's owners and managers in the petroleum and energy handling industry. 

The two-day Winter Conference provides younger employees of PEI member companies a separate environment for building industry relationships. From networking to leadership development, the program encourages an exchange of ideas with peers on the challenges of everyday business. The conference is designed to help those who are poised to be tomorrow's owners and managers.

During the conference, Young Executives network in both formal and informal settings, and learn from prominent and accomplished industry leaders. The Winter Conference features some of the most popular speakers in the industry in a relaxed environment that encourages out-of-the-box thinking.

The 2014 YE Winter Conference will be held at the Caribe Hilton in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The conference will be held Feb. 6-8, 2014. Early registration closes January 3, 2014.
