Webinars are a type of web conference that allow and encourage full interaction between the audience and the presenter. Online seminars only require access to the Internet and a telephone to participate. PEI webinars offer additional flexibility because registration can occur as little as an hour or two prior to the start of the session. These webinars are an excellent, low-cost opportunity for PEI member companies to provide education for employees with little time or cost commitment.
PEI webinars typically are collaborative, with polling or question-and-answer sessions to allow members full participation. In some cases, the presenter may speak over a standard telephone line, pointing out information being presented onscreen while members may respond using their own telephones.
Easy Access. All you need is a telephone, computer and internet connection.
Low Time Commitment. Each program takes place from 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. EST
Low Cost. No travel or lodging expenses.
