GROUP Do the math and you'll find that the discounted rates for group registration may save you enough money to allow you to bring more employees to the PEI Convention at the NACS Show. There's no better way to keep your team on top of the latest products and services in the industry. And there's no better place to build industry contacts and awareness.


For companies that bring five or more employees to the convention, PEI will discount the amount of registration you pay. We do this because we believe your company benefits from being able to cover multiple education sessions and having more representatives on the trade show floor. Bringing your team to Las Vegas will ensure that your company literally is able to cover more ground.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE GROUP DISCOUNT, the following conditions must be met:

·     Register five (5) or more persons

·     All registrants must be registered at the same time

·     All registrants must be paid by one credit card

·     Registration must be made by July 31, the same deadline as for the early-bird rate


PLEASE NOTE: All badges will be mailed to one address.

If you must cancel one or more of your group, and in doing so the number falls below 5, the regular registration price will be in effect for the remaining attendees and your refund will reflect the difference in fees.

 

 

Registration Policies
Badges will be mailed to registrants with a mailing address in the U.S. or Canada beginning mid September.


Registrations received after September 7 and all registrants outside the U.S. or Canada must pick up their badges at the PEI registration counter in Las Vegas.


Spouses qualify for group registration discounts!


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than 30 days before the event.

 

All cancellations will be assessed a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received within 30 days of the event are not eligible for refunds. Transfers of registration to another person within your company can be made without penalty at any time. To transfer a registration after badges have been mailed, please bring the badge to the onsite registration desk.
