The course is created for companies that are interested in or responsible for designing and building natural gas fueling stations, as well as equipment providers and those involved in permitting such stations. During the course, participants will learn:

• The 12 major questions to ask as you begin to size a natural gas fueling station
• How to design CNG stations that meet standards
• The most common station configurations and subsystems
• The keys to developing the right equipment specifications
• How to develop workable and appropriate construction specifications
• The characteristics of qualified contractors
• How to effectively and efficiently manage the design, permit, and construction processes
• What permits are necessary and how to secure them
• How to develop piping and instrument diagrams and plot plans
• Safety procedures and guidelines and why your design and plans must address them

Attendees will receive a comprehensive manual and related background materials that will be invaluable resources on the job. Furthermore, participants scoring 70 percent or higher on a proficiency exam at the end of the course will receive a certificate of completion.

Leo is also a CSA-certified CNG Fuel System Inspector.
