PEI Joins Coalition for E85

Cooper, Farrell to Serve as 2012 PEI Officers
Terry Cooper, president of Acterra Group, Inc., Marion, Iowa, has been elected by the members of the Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI) to serve as vice president of the organization, and Phil Farrell, president of Double Check Company, Inc., Kansas City, Miss., has been appointed PEI’s treasurer by the association’s Board of Directors.
