Zeppini and Ecoflex, both manufacturers of petroleum station equipment, have announced the creation of a joint venture which consolidates the operations for the local and international markets.

As a result of the joint venture, the new brand “Zeppini Ecoflex” was created, with a new visual identity and a single line with a full range of environmental products.

Zeppini, already the largest company in Latin America, with a presence in over 70 countries, merges with Ecoflex to form one of the major manufacturers of petroleum station equipment in the world.

“The motivator of this initiative seeks linked objectives to the capacity that now, togheter, Zeppini and Ecoflex, dispose to continue generating the best solutions in equipment for environmental protection capable to provide value to our customers and partners” says Paulo Rogério Fernandez, Executive Director of Zeppini Group.

The objective of the joint venture is to bring increased competitiveness to challenge existing national and international markets. Besides adding experience in technology, products line, logistics and distribution, the joint venture will position the company to respond to growth in the market.
