The Young Executives program provides younger members a separate environment for building industry relationships. From networking to leadership development, the program encourages an exchange of ideas with peers on the challenges of everyday business. The program is designed to help those who are poised to be tomorrow's owners and managers.

To qualify for membership in PEI's Young Executives program you must be a full-time employee of a PEI member company, 21 to 45 years old and currently serving, or expect to serve, in a management or executive position in the industry.
